Sustainability Grants are given to projects and organizations that provide ongoing charitable relief, youth and family enrichment, community development, civic engagement, cultural life, education or health and recreation to the Decatur County community. The aim of these grants is to give groups better ability for long-time planning and goal setting and to ensure their ability to continue benefitting the community. They are given over a three-year period, and applicants may receive up to $1,500 per year. Sustainability grant applications are due by November 1 of each year.
How to Submit a Sustainability Grant Online
Follow these steps to successfully submit a sustainability grant online.
1. Click the link below, then create an account in our online grant portal or log into an existing account.
2. Click “Apply” in the top menu bar.
3. Click ”Sustainability Grant.”
4. Complete your application and submit.
